To prepare for what lays ahead, we have embarked on a path of membership training and skill development.

We are taking the lead with programs like, New Member Awareness sessions, Health and Safety Accreditation training, Stewards Basic and Advances training. These programs have been a great success for the PWU, with positive feedback from our members.

This year has also seen the development of a chief stewards Handbook, as well as a Stewards handbook to aid our membership in dealing with the challenges that lay ahead.
